About Us

Is to help consumers save money on their energy bills, our energy bills are increasing at an alarming rate and we have an obligation to curtail and reduce them. We do this by carrying out energy assessments and identifying the best cost effective ways to achieve this. This usually results in making recommendations for the most efficient energy saving measures to be installed.

The business focuses entirely on energy efficiency including EPC’s for residential properties that are rented and also for properties to be marketed for sale. Commercial properties also have to have an EPC if it is rented or is to me marketed for sale. We also do commercial EPC’s for landlords of commercial buildings where they are to be rented or sold.

Our Story

Providing Electrical Services Since 2019

Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for landlords and agents. We provide an essential service to landlords with properties that do not comply with the new energy efficiency regulations. If your property EPC is showing a rating of F or G you need to take action to avoid being fined since the MEES compliance legislation has been in force as of April 1st 2018.  This applies to both residential and commercial properties.

Energy Performance Certificate

EPCs tell you how energy efficient a home is on a scale of A-G.

The most efficient homes – which should have the lowest fuel bills – are in band A. The Certificate also tells you, on a scale of A-G, about the impact the home has on the environment. Better-rated homes should have less impact through Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions.

The average property in the UK is in bands D-E for both ratings. The Certificate includes recommendations on ways to improve the home’s energy efficiency to save you money and help the environment.

EPCs apply also to commercial buildings and are rated only by Carbon Dioxide emission

ratings on a scale of A-G.

We can help you get a Domestic or Commercial EPC for your property.

MEES

Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard

The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) which came into force in England and Wales on 1 April 2018, applies to private rented residential and non-domestic property and is aimed at encouraging landlords and property owners to improve the energy efficiency of their properties by a restriction on the granting and continuation of existing tenancies where the property has an Energy Performance Certificate Rating of F and G.

With the current MEES legislation enforce, we may be able to help you get a MEES exemption. Contact us today to get your property checked.
